Civil Litigation Attorney | Palm Beach County, FL (Hybrid)

A well-established and highly respected civil litigation firm in Northern Palm Beach County is seeking a 3–5 year Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on case responsibility, and is looking for a platform that offers both professional growth and flexibility.

What You’ll Do

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Draft and review motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court proceedings
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop case strategy and drive matters forward efficiently
• Maintain organized case management and ensure compliance with all court deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Trial experience is a plus
• Experience in bodily injury or related litigation is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Florida state and federal court procedures
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a solutions-oriented approach
