Confidential Opportunity – Litigation Associate (Collection, Eviction & Creditors' Rights)

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Collection, Eviction and Creditors' Rights practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on sophisticated matters while working from home.  

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience handling mortgage, collections, eviction, bankruptcy, creditors' rights, or complex litigation matters, with the ability to manage cases independently and contribute immediately. This role is best suited for someone who can hit the ground running and is comfortable taking ownership of a busy and varied caseload from home while appearing in court when necessary throughout the state of Nevada.  

Qualifications:

  • Must live in and be barred in the state of NV.
  • 1+ years of experience in bankruptcy, mortgage, collections, and creditors' rights litigation. 3+ preferred.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently from inception through resolution
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Client-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong academic credentials

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging up to $130,000, commensurate with experience
