Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a fast-growing, industry-leading organization that has been delivering innovative engineered solutions for over 25 years. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components for specialized equipment and engineered assemblies

• Manage projects from initial concept and design through release to manufacturing

• Utilize SolidWorks 3D to create detailed models, drawings, and design documentation

• Maintain product design documentation, BOM structures, and engineering change releases

• Partner with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure designs are optimized for production

• Support R&D initiatives by testing, validating, and refining new product concepts

• Drive VAVE efforts to improve product performance while reducing cost

• Develop and execute verification testing plans to ensure designs meet performance and quality requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• 5+ years of mechanical design experience

• Strong background in mechanical system design, fluid systems, or related equipment

• Proficiency with SolidWorks 3D

• Experience with VAVE initiatives preferred

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

• Ability to work autonomously, stay internally motivated, and keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment
