Job Description

Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design and improve mechanical systems involving fluid dynamics, HVAC, refrigeration, and liquid transfer pump systems. This role focuses on mechanical product design, fluid flow systems, and thermal management, supporting products from concept through production while collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems involving fluid flow, HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, pumps, valves, and piping

• Develop detailed 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings using SolidWorks

• Maintain product design documentation, BOM, and engineering change releases

• Support product development, testing, and design verification to ensure performance and reliability

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, product improvement, and VAVE

• Work closely with manufacturing and operations teams

• Develop and execute design verification plans, testing procedures, and engineering reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or mechanical product design

• Strong experience with fluid systems, pumps, piping, HVAC systems, or refrigeration systems

• Proficiency with SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling and engineering drawings

• Knowledge of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
