Associate Attorney: Real Estate Litigation

Our firm is focused on real estate and property law and we are seeking a 1-3 year Associate Attorney with litigation experience to join our team.

The firm represents property owners, developers, condominium associations, investors, and businesses in a wide range of real estate matters including transactions, disputes, and regulatory proceedings. This position offers meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and the opportunity to handle complex property-related disputes in state courts and administrative forums.

Responsibilities

The Associate Attorney will work closely with the firm’s attorneys on matters including:

  • Real estate litigation and dispute resolution
  • Condominium and homeowners’ association disputes
  • Property tax appeals before local administrative bodies
  • Construction and builder/developer disputes, including mechanics lien matters
  • Commercial and residential real estate transaction support
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
  • Court appearances, hearings, and depositions
  • Client counseling and case strategy

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the applicable state bar
  • 1-3 years of litigation experience
  • Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
  • Experience drafting motions and managing discovery
  • Experience in real estate litigation (Preferred but not required)
  • Experience with property tax appeals, condominium law, construction disputes, or real estate transactions
