Key Responsibilities:

• Lead healthcare projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors with precision

• Maintain client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

• Collaborate with leadership, field, and self-perform teams to ensure high-quality delivery

• Uphold safety, compliance, and company standards on every project

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PM with a commercial general contractor (healthcare experience preferred)

• Strong leadership and communication skills—team-first mindset

• Detail-oriented and proactive—able to hit the ground running
