Job Title: Escrow Closer

📍 Location: Onsite/Hybrid in Greater Chicago Area, IL
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: $60k– $100k annually (based on experience)

Overview

We are workign with a well established Title Company seeking an Escrow Closer for their Chicago Loop branch office. This position will close real estate escrow transactions for a high-volume escrow operations office.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate closing documents with attorneys and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Conduct closings, obtain signatures, notarize documents, and verify accuracy for disbursement.
• Collaborate with underwriting staff to resolve title requirements and exceptions.
• Submit all closing documents promptly for recording.
• Support the escrow team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a title company setting 
• Ability to multi-task and manage day-to-day closing volume fluctuations
• A positive demeaner and ability to work well in a team environment and provide superior customer service to our customers
• Familiarity with residential and commercial transactions preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Title Producer and/or Notary Public certification preferred
