Job Description

A mid-sized law firm is seeking an experienced Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their esteemed litigation team. We are searching for an exceptional attorney with a strong academic background and three or more years of experience in complex litigation, insurance defense, liability and/or other commercial litigation. The position involves working with insurers and businesses through litigation and alternative dispute resolution. The hired candidate will be trusted to represent and counsel clients throughout all aspects of litigation regarding a variety of business and insurance related disputes.

Qualifications Commercial Litigation Attorney:

  • 3 or more years of litigation experience in complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, liability, medical malpractice and/or security work
  • Ability to manage cases throughout all stages of litigation; reviewing and propounding discovery, taking and defending depositions, trial prep, and attendance at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trial
  • Possess superior drafting, writing and communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • J.D., admitted and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar 
  • Experience with Federal and State Court litigation is preferred
