Job Description

A well-established and highly regarded boutique law firm in New Jersey is seeking a Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to take ownership of impactful cases, work closely with experienced trial attorneys, and advocate on behalf of injured individuals.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through resolution

• Conduct depositions, court appearances, and motion practice

• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and dispositive motions

• Handle client communication and guide clients through the litigation process

• Negotiate settlements and assist with trial preparation and trial

Qualifications

• 4+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience

• Licensed to practice in New Jersey

• Strong litigation skills including depositions, motion practice, and case management

• Ability to manage cases independently while maintaining a client-first mindset
