Litigation Attorney | Round Rock, TX

A well-established and growing law firm in Round Rock, Texas is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 1+ years of litigation experience to join its busy and collaborative team. What You'll Do

• Assist in managing a busy litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Participate in Zoom hearings with opportunities for increasing in-court appearances as you gain experience
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Develop litigation strategy alongside experienced attorneys
• Build toward independently managing your own litigation docket over time

What We're Looking For

• J.D. and active Texas Bar admission
• 1+ years of litigation experience
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable, personable, and eager to continue developing as a litigator
• Desire to grow into managing an independent litigation practice
