Analyze and interpret insurance policies and provide detailed coverage opinions
Handle first- and third-party coverage matters across a variety of lines
Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declinations
Provide strategic guidance to insurance carriers and clients
Assist with coverage litigation and related disputes, as needed
