Join a leading luxury aesthetic practice known for exceptional cosmetic and skincare services. We’re seeking a polished, service-focused Patient Concierge to deliver an elevated client experience across two upscale Atlanta locations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
Educate on advanced treatments and premium skincare products
Manage appointment scheduling and coordination
Promote luxury skincare and wellness products
Collaborate with providers to ensure seamless service
Qualifications:
Experience in luxury medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgery settings
Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products
Excellent communication and sales skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy
Ability to work between two Atlanta-area locations
