Commercial and Industrial Mechanical/Plumbing Project Manager/Estimator to run the Nevada market needed for a well-respected, growing contractor in the Reno, Nevada area!  This company has many years of proven excellence and shows no signs of slowing down!!

A well-established contractor with a competitive compensation package is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager/Estimator. Our project types are data centers, waste water treatment, and other high profile projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of mechanical/plumbing construction Project Management and Estimating experience
• Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff
• Experience with piping,hydronics, boilers, chillers, VAV, HVAC system, 
• Communication and coaching skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Project budgeting skills
• Client Liaison/Communication
• Able to promptly resolve team management problems
• Organized with exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities
• Time management skills; able to complete commitments in an accurate and timely manner
