Restoration Branch Manager – Water & Mold Mitigation

A well-established restoration company is seeking an experienced Restoration Branch Manager to lead its mitigation operations. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a strong background in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and team management who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

The Branch Manager will oversee all mitigation projects from initial loss through completion, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget. This individual will also play a key role in developing staff, building relationships with insurance professionals, and driving the continued growth of the mitigation division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all water, mold, and emergency mitigation operations.

  • Oversee project scheduling, staffing, production, and quality control.

  • Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate (Symbility experience is a plus).

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, commercial clients, insurance adjusters, carriers, and third-party administrators.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for mitigation technicians and project managers.

  • Monitor project profitability, job costs, and key performance metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.

  • Respond to emergency losses and support business development efforts within the local market.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restoration mitigation experience, including leadership or management responsibilities.

  • Strong knowledge of water damage mitigation, mold remediation, drying techniques, and restoration best practices.

  • Proficiency with Xactimate required; Symbility experience is a plus.

  • IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, or related) are preferred but not required.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality and profitability.

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
