Salary: $80,000- $130,000

Job Description:

We are partnered with a law firm that is seeking a dynamic and motivated Litigation Attorney with 4-8 years+ experience to join their team in the Boston Massachusetts Suburbs.  The successful candidate will be responsible for handling civil litigation matters, with a focus on areas such as business litigation, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, real estate litigation and probate. 

Responsibilities:

• Handle diverse cases in business litigation, as well as other areas of litigation which may arise from time to time based on the needs of the client and firm. 
• Provide top-notch legal counsel to clients
• Contribute to the firm's commitment to excellence in legal services.

Qualifications:

• Admitted or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts Bar
• Proven expertise in business litigation and other aspects of civil litigation
• First or Second Chair Trial Experience
