A growing and well-established law firm is seeking a Civil Defense Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team. Manage a caseload of civil defense matters from inception through resolution
Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice
Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions
Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
Assist with trial preparation and strategy
Reasonable billable requirement (1800–1950) – maintain productivity without burnout
