Position: Labor & Employment Partner (Management-Side) – Irvine, CA

Location: Irvine, CA

Seeking:

A well-established, nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Partner to join its growing Irvine office. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney with a strong management-side practice to step into a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with national platform support.

Position Overview:
The firm is looking for a Partner-level attorney with substantial experience representing employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters. The ideal candidate will have a portable book of business and a desire to expand their practice within a supportive, growth-oriented firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including single-plaintiff and complex matters

• Advise clients on compliance with federal and California employment laws

• Handle matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims

• Oversee litigation strategy, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active membership in the California Bar

• 8+ years of management-side labor & employment experience

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and client relationships

• Portable book of business not required

• Strong litigation, writing, and advocacy skills
