Personal Injury Attorney (Confidential) – Milford, CT

Location: Milford, Connecticut
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $95,000 – $130,000 base + bonus potential (commensurate with experience)

A reputable and growing plaintiff litigation firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its team in Milford, CT. The firm is known for its commitment to client advocacy and delivering strong outcomes, and offers a dynamic environment for attorneys looking to expand their litigation experience.

This role is ideal for an attorney with approximately 3–5 years of experience in personal injury who is eager to take ownership of cases and contribute to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial
• Conduct case evaluations, legal research, and strategy development
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable client outcomes
• Maintain compliance with deadlines, filings, and procedural requirements
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut Bar admission (in good standing)
• 3–5 years of experience in personal injury law
• Proven ability to negotiate settlements; litigation experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Driven, professional, and client-focused
