Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to join a heavy civil contractor specializing in earthwork, underground utilities, and paving/site development.

This is a hybrid role responsible for both estimating and managing projects from award through completion, working closely with field operations to ensure safe, profitable, and on-schedule delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and bids for civil projects
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and project documentation

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of heavy civil construction experience
• Background in earthwork, utilities, and/or paving preferred
• Experience in estimating and/or project management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
