Civil Project Manager

Greater Chicago Area | $85,000–$115,000 + Bonus + ESOP

I'm partnering with a well-established, employee-owned consulting engineering firm seeking a Civil Project Manager to join its growing team in the Greater Chicago area. This is an outstanding opportunity for a civil engineer looking to lead diverse site development projects while building a long-term career with a stable, growth-oriented organization.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial and residential site development projects from design through construction.
• Prepare and oversee grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal project teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of civil site design experience
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong project management and client communication skills
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
