PRE-C0NSTRUCTION MANAGER

aukee Area is looking for a Pre-Construction Manager. This Developer has a backlog of diverse commercial projects valued up to $50M local to the area, that stretch over the next two years. The Pre-Construction Manager will be a cornerstone for the company and an integral part of the leadership team.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advise the client and other project team members concerning base building and internal project management. Evaluate and critique the progress of design development, budget and schedule
• Determine quantities of materials during early stages of the design
• Develop scopes of work for all project related trades
• Develop conceptual estimates utilizing market data
• Assist the scheduling department

PRE-CNSTRUCTION MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S. in Construction Management or a Related Degree is Strongly Preferred but Extensive Work Related Experience will be considered
• 10+ years of Project Management and Estimating Experience in Commercial Construction
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience
