The Land Development Director will oversee the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of land for new residential communities. This leader will collaborate with brokers, developers, landowners, and city officials while guiding internal teams to successfully execute growth initiatives.
✨ What a Land Development Director will do:
Lead strategy for identifying, evaluating, and securing land opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, and municipalities
Negotiate high-level contracts and oversee financial underwriting
Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term growth plans

8+ years of land development or residential construction experience
Proven leadership in acquisition, entitlement, and development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects with precision
