Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)

Greater Indianapolis Area | $90,000–$130,000 + Excellent Benefits

I'm partnering with a well-established civil engineering and surveying firm in the Greater Indianapolis area that has built an outstanding reputation over more than four decades. This is an excellent opportunity for a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) looking to join a stable, employee-focused team where your expertise is valued, your voice is heard, and your contributions make an impact.

What You'll Do

• Manage a variety of boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction survey projects.
• Oversee field crews and office staff while ensuring quality and timely project delivery.
• Review plats, legal descriptions, and survey deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and municipalities.
• Mentor junior survey staff and support the continued growth of the surveying team.

What We're Looking For

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license (Indiana preferred or ability to obtain)
• Experience managing land surveying projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveying
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
