Senior Business Litigation Attorney – 7+ Years
Location: Houston, TX (In-Office)

I am working directly with the leadership of a highly regarded trial-focused law firm seeking a Senior Business Litigation Attorney to join its litigation team. Partner-level candidates are encouraged to apply. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who wants sophisticated disputes, meaningful courtroom exposure, and a strong long-term platform.

About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to handle complex, high-value business disputes from inception through resolution. The attorney will have substantial involvement in litigation strategy, motion practice, discovery, depositions, court appearances, negotiations, and trial preparation. This is a strong fit for a lawyer who thrives in a trial-oriented environment and is looking for substantive responsibility.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
• First or second chair trial experience required
• TRO and temporary injunction experience required
• Ability to manage matters independently while working closely with a collaborative litigation team
• Strong advocacy, writing, and client communication skills
• Must be able to work in-office in Houston, TX
