A growing and well-established law firm is seeking a Civil Defense Partner to join and help expand its practice. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned attorney looking for leadership, autonomy, and a clear path to grow a book of business within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage a caseload of civil defense matters from inception through trial

  • Oversee and mentor associates and junior attorneys

  • Develop and expand client relationships and business opportunities

  • Handle high-level litigation strategy, depositions, and court appearances

  • Collaborate with firm leadership on practice growth and direction

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in civil defense litigation

  • Portable book of business preferred (but not required depending on experience)

  • Licensed to practice in Georgia

  • Proven ability to manage cases and relationships independently
