We’re partnered with a stable, growing food manufacturer in the Western New York area looking for a hands-on Sanitation Manager on 3rd shift. This is a leadership seat where you’re not buried behind a desk — you’re owning the floor, the team, and the results.

This company takes pride in doing things right — strong structure, clear expectations, and leadership that supports their people. They’re looking for someone who can step in, take control of sanitation operations, and elevate performance.

What you’ll own:

• Full oversight of sanitation and shift operations on 3rd shift

• Leading, developing, and holding a team accountable to high standards

• Keeping the facility audit-ready across GMP, HACCP, USDA, and FDA

• Driving KPIs tied to safety, quality, efficiency, and yield

• Coordinating closely with production, maintenance, and quality

• Identifying gaps, solving problems, and improving processes• Managing reporting, scheduling, and shift execution

What makes someone successful here:

• You’ve led sanitation or production teams in food manufacturing

• You understand regulated environments and don’t cut corners

• You’re respected on the floor — not just by title, but by how you lead

• You’re comfortable making decisions and owning outcomes

• You can balance urgency with structure in a fast-paced plant

Nice to have:

• USDA / FDA experience

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Work environment:
