Job Description

Manufacturing Electrician (Night Shift)

Compensation: $35–$40/hour + 10% shift differential + 5% bonus + full benefits

We are partnering with a well-established and growing manufacturer seeking a skilled Manufacturing Electrician to join their night shift team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your expertise will directly support production efficiency and uptime.

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment

  • Maintain and optimize PLCs, VFDs, and automated systems

  • Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs

  • Work cross-functionally with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime

  • Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and components

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong background in manufacturing maintenance (electrical + mechanical)

  • Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and hydraulics

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working on high-speed production or processing equipment preferred

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently on night shift
