Job Title: Accountant

Location: Near La Vergne, TN

Schedule: 100% In-Office

**They are looking for someone who isn’t shy, can hold their own in conversations, and takes ownership of their work while helping maintain accurate financial reporting and job costing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

• Handle job costing and project-related financial tracking

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Review and process financial approvals and documentation  Assist with monthly and year-end close processes

• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues in a timely manner 

• Experience with reconciliations, job costing, and journal entries

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable communicating with leadership and internal teams

• Someone who is confident, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions or push for accuracy

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
