Project Manager – Commercial Construction

We are partnered with a reputable commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects. This is a great opportunity to join a company with a strong pipeline, supportive leadership, and long-term growth potential.

 Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administration

• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

• Support and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers

 Project Types:

• Ground-up and renovation commercial projects

• Sectors may include healthcare, education, retail, industrial, multifamily, and office

 Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management

• Proven track record managing ground-up projects

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Experience with software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar tools

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
