Job Description

This role is ideal for an organized accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and supporting day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily transaction processing and account reconciliation

• General ledger maintenance and balancing

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing

• Posting journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records

• Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes

• Supporting Call Report preparation and documentation

• Assisting with internal and external audits

• Monitoring and resolving discrepancies in financial records

• Maintaining organized financial documentation and records

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• 1–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (banking experience preferred)

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

• Experience with general ledger systems and financial software

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership
