Project Director
We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Director to lead high-impact initiatives in the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional leadership, and is passionate about delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple large-scale projects, from concept through completion
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, operations, finance, and external partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices for project management
- Mentor and manage project managers and supporting team members
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience in industries such as construction, or real estate
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP or similar certification preferred
