Construction Litigation Associate
Our client is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate to handle disputes involving construction projects, including contract issues, construction/design defects, builder’s liens, and debt collections. This role represents contractors, subcontractors, developers, and other industry stakeholders from strategy through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of construction-related litigation matters
Draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery
Represent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
Advise clients on construction contracts, liens, zoning, codes, and insurance issues
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to prepare cases for trial
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing in Tennessee
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
