Production Supervisor (1st and 2nd shift available)
Seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing shift operations and ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise production employees on shift, providing direction and support
Adjust staffing and workflow to meet daily production goals
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues on the floor
Verify product quality and proper inventory handling
Train and coach employees on equipment and processes
Maintain compliance with safety procedures and production standards
Oversee documentation, reports, and job orders
Coordinate maintenance and tooling issues
Implement process improvements, including lean manufacturing initiatives, to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience leading teams and managing workflow on the production floor
Background in electromechanical assemblies preferred
Experience implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
