We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up, healthcare, hospital, labs, medical office, etc. This is an urgent hire for high-priority projects breaking ground immediately.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Package: $130,000 – $150,000 & travel allowance and expenses.
• Health Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Core Requirements

• Project Type: Proven experience with ground-up commercial construction.
• Retail Expertise: Strong background managing hospital or healthcare type builds
• Technical Skill: Direct hands-on experience OSHPD
  
• Location: Ability to travel to project sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: Manage all daily on-site operations and subcontractor schedules.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict OSHA safety standards across the job site.
• Quality Control: Inspect work daily to ensure strict adherence to blueprints.
