Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements for diverse clients with minimal supervision.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Plan, execute, and supervise audit procedures ensuring accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff members.
- Maintain strict adherence to firm policies and AICPA rules, regulations, and codes of ethics.
- Consistently meet deadlines while managing multiple client engagements.
- Review complex financial statements and audit documentation for quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Active CPA license required.
- Minimum 4 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm or related experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proven ability to develop good working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience supervising and developing staff members.
