Job Description

We are working with a client company in Richland County, Wisconsin seeking a machine operator in a food manufacturing plant. They are seeking someone with interest in receiving training in machine maintenance with primary responsibilities as a machine operator.  

• 1 year prior experience as a machine operator/production team member
• comfort with machines and general repair; no prior experience needed
• Day shift starts at 6am, end of shift is dependent on the production needs for the day. Production schedules are built around orders, so some days might be as short as 4 hours while others might be 12 hours.
• Weekly hours vary between 30-50 hours per week
