Assist in managing an existing portfolio of commercial clients, including C&I, CRE, and small business relationships
Support business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new lending opportunities
Participate in client meetings and help build strong, long-term relationships
Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports to support underwriting and credit decisions
Prepare loan presentations, credit memos, and annual reviews
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Monitor loan performance and identify potential risk issues early
Collaborate with credit analysts, underwriting, and leadership teams
1–3 years of experience in banking, credit analysis, or commercial lending
Basic understanding of commercial credit, financial analysis, and loan structuring
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in commercial lending
