Associate Attorney - Complex Litigation

Sacramento CA

A well-established AV-rated Defense firm with regional offices is seeking to expand their Civil Litigation Team in Sacramento with a 3-6 years' experienced Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle a variety of defense work, in a daily in-office role with flexibility. Areas of practice include: General Liability Defense, Casualty Insurance, Catastrophic Liability Defense, Premises Liability, Commercial Auto, Tank and Trucking Litigation, Construction Defect, Homeowners. 

Duties and responsibilities: 

• Strong written and verbal communication; drafting motions, pleadings, briefings
• Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions, taking and defending depositions
• Courtroom experience a plus

For the determined and motivated associate excited to help expand and grow with the firm, to support an amazing, kind, seasoned managing attorney. Compensation structure is a base salary range $140K - $170K, DOE. Additional details on benefits, 401K and unlimited PTO available. First interview via zoom; second in-person.
