A premier litigation firm in Beverly Hills—known for securing multi-million-dollar results in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and mass torts—is seeking a dynamic Tort Litigation Associate. This position offers significant autonomy, true courtroom prep, and direct paths to senior leadership.
Substantive Case Ownership: Take the lead on complex matters from intake through mediation and trial—no sitting on the sidelines.

Manage a portfolio of high-value tort and personal injury files.
Lead complex depositions of key parties, opposing witnesses, and medical experts.
Draft and argue critical substantive motions (MSJs, discovery, etc.).
Collaborate with medical and reconstruction experts to build compelling liability strategies.
Lead high-stakes settlement negotiations and mediations.
Bar Admission: Active California State Bar license in good standing.
Experience: 4+ years of dedicated tort litigation experience (Plaintiff or Defense).
Skills: Strong oral advocacy, exceptional motion-writing skills, and deep familiarity with Los Angeles Superior Court (LASC) procedures.
