Trial-Track Associate Attorney – High-Stakes Personal Injury

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 Base + Uncapped Bonus Tiers

A premier litigation firm in Beverly Hills—known for securing multi-million-dollar results in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and mass torts—is seeking a dynamic Tort Litigation Associate. This position offers significant autonomy, true courtroom prep, and direct paths to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value tort and personal injury files.

  • Lead complex depositions of key parties, opposing witnesses, and medical experts.

  • Draft and argue critical substantive motions (MSJs, discovery, etc.).

  • Collaborate with medical and reconstruction experts to build compelling liability strategies.

  • Lead high-stakes settlement negotiations and mediations.

Qualifications

  • Bar Admission: Active California State Bar license in good standing.

  • Experience: 4+ years of dedicated tort litigation experience (Plaintiff or Defense).

  • Skills: Strong oral advocacy, exceptional motion-writing skills, and deep familiarity with Los Angeles Superior Court (LASC) procedures.
