Senior Superintendent – High-End Custom Residential Construction Confidential Opportunity |Nashville, TN

A highly respected custom home builder known for delivering exceptional luxury residences is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for high-end residential projects. Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for luxury homes
• Manage daily scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and trades
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality and compliance
• Enforce safety standards and job site organization
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and inspections
• Collaborate with project management to resolve issues and maintain schedules
• Maintain detailed job documentation and reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in residential construction
• Strong experience building custom, high-end homes
• Ability to manage multiple trades and schedules simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills with clients, trades, and teams
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality craftsmanship
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Project Experience Preferred

• Custom homes $1M – $5M+
• Homes 3,000 – 10,000+ sq. ft.
• Experience with architect-driven projects and custom details
