About the Company

A well-established, 4th-generation family-owned food manufacturing company is seeking a proven Plant Manager to lead operations and help advance the facility to the next level. The plant has a dedicated, highly trained workforce and strong market presence. They are now looking for a leader who can take charge, drive results, and guide the team into future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, safety, and cost control

  • Lead, coach, and develop employees to maximize efficiency and performance

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators: production costs, yields, throughput, and labor utilization

  • Partner with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and process improvements

  • Foster a positive culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and teamwork

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of leadership experience in food or beverage manufacturing

  • Plant Manager or Assistant Plant Manager background required

  • Strong ability to make independent decisions and lead without heavy coaching

  • Experience in production planning, cost management, and efficiency optimization

  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 depending on experience

  • Relocation assistance available
