Job Description

A growing and well-respected law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5–8 years of experience to join its expanding litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator looking for sophisticated work, increased autonomy, and long-term growth within a collaborative firm environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution

  • Draft and argue substantive motions; oversee discovery and depositions

  • Develop case strategy and mentor junior attorneys

  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings

  • Maintain strong client relationships and communication

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–8 years of commercial litigation experience

  • Active bar license in good standing (or ability to obtain promptly)

  • Strong legal writing, advocacy, and strategic thinking skills

  • Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating with a team
