Senior Litigation Attorney

We have teamed up with a well-established, AV-rated firm that is adding an Senior Litigation Attorney to their team with an opportunity for Non-Equity Partnership. This firm provides legal advice to mortgage lenders, services, brokers, banks, credit unions, small business owners and secured real and personal property interests. This firm has been established in the community and has a successful steady flow of clients. This firm is looking for someone who enjoys working with others and supporting each other. Ideal candidate

  • 4+ years experience with general litigation or landlord-tenant or lender defense from intake through trial

  • Admitted in California- in good standing

  • Ability to mentor and assist associates with trial preparation and developing as attorneys

  • Strong understanding of California Civil Procedures

    • Preferred but not required- knowledge of state and federal laws governing evictions and lender foreclosures
