Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience in insurance defense or personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is eager to take cases through all stages of litigation, including trial, and is committed to delivering high-quality, ethical legal representation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense and/or personal injury matters
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Prepare cases for trial and actively participate in courtroom proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Provide strategic legal analysis and recommendations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Nevada
• 2+ years of relevant litigation experience (insurance defense or personal injury)
• Trial experience or a strong willingness to go to trial
• Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness
