Key Responsibilities:
Recommend seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products based on grower needs
Build strong, long-term relationships with local growers
Develop sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
Collaborate with other agronomy staff on service and support
Track and forecast seasonal product needs
Stay current on agronomy services and precision ag technology
Support grower success through in-field consultation and planning
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of agronomy or ag sales experience
Degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
