About the Role: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from pre-construction through completion. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Strong experience with ground-up construction projects preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus
