What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead estimating efforts for tenant improvement and special projects (TI, renovations, build-outs, and smaller ground-up commercial projects)
Prepare accurate conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to ensure complete project scope
Collaborate with project managers and executives to deliver winning bids
Mentor and support junior estimators within the division
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction, with a focus on TI/special projects preferred
Proven success in preparing and winning competitive bids
Proficiency with estimating software, Excel, and Bluebeam
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
