Industrial Electrician

Manufacturing & Industrial Environment

A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to support plant operations through hands-on electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment and systems.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on electrical maintenance role focused on keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently. Work is performed directly in the plant environment. This is not a construction-only or office-based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems
• Work on production equipment and plant electrical infrastructure
• Support PLC-controlled equipment in coordination with controls team
• Diagnose electrical faults and equipment failures in the field
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Support uptime and reliability of production operations
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of industrial electrical experience
• Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical systems in a live production environment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Experience working with industrial machinery and controls a plus
• PLC exposure (Allen-Bradley preferred but not required)
• Strong safety and field troubleshooting mindset

Compensation & Schedule

• $40 – $45 per hour
• Day shift (Monday–Friday)
• Full-time manufacturing environment
