Confidential Opportunity – Assistant Project Manager (Developer/Builder | Multi-Sector Exposure)

A growing real estate developer-builder is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support projects across multiple sectors. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on exposure to real estate development, design coordination, and construction delivery all within one integrated company.

Project Exposure

Projects include:

  • Commercial office and mixed-use
  • Multifamily residential
  • Retail and hospitality
  • Light industrial and flex space

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers through all phases of development and construction
  • Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
  • Help track project costs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Attend project meetings and assist with meeting minutes and follow-ups
  • Support permitting, entitlement, and design coordination efforts
  • Help monitor project progress and field activities

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in construction, development, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to read construction drawings preferred
  • Exposure to both office and field environments is a plus
  • Interest in real estate development and full project lifecycle
