Confidential Opportunity – Assistant Project Manager (Developer/Builder | Multi-Sector Exposure)
A growing real estate developer-builder is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support projects across multiple sectors. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on exposure to real estate development, design coordination, and construction delivery all within one integrated company.
Project Exposure
Projects include:
- Commercial office and mixed-use
- Multifamily residential
- Retail and hospitality
- Light industrial and flex space
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers through all phases of development and construction
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and project documentation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Help track project costs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Attend project meetings and assist with meeting minutes and follow-ups
- Support permitting, entitlement, and design coordination efforts
- Help monitor project progress and field activities
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in construction, development, or project coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read construction drawings preferred
- Exposure to both office and field environments is a plus
- Interest in real estate development and full project lifecycle
