Civil Project Manager Opportunity

A well-established and growing heavy civil construction company is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead infrastructure and site development projects from preconstruction through final completion. Key Responsibilities

• Manage heavy civil and site development projects through all phases of construction
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, engineers, municipalities, and clients
• Review contracts, grading plans, utility layouts, specifications, and project documents
• Oversee scheduling, permitting, procurement, project tracking, and documentation
• Supervise earthwork operations, underground utilities, excavation, and cut/fill activities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within heavy civil construction
• Strong background in sitework, grading, underground utilities, excavation, and earthwork
• Ability to interpret civil drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience working alongside heavy equipment operations preferred
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
